Erotic Flow is not a dance class—it’s a guided ritual of return. A movement-based workshop where seekers are invited to move from the inside out, tapping into the erotic as a source of power, joy, and deep liberation.

Rooted in the teachings of Audre Lorde’s “Uses of the Erotic”, this workshop invites you to explore pleasure as presence. We’ll indulge in free-form movement, writing prompts, and sensual body-led explorations designed to awaken joy, love, bliss, and desire in real time.

Together, we’ll:

• Release what no longer serves us through yoga, movement and breath

• Explore fears that prevent us from fully indulging in our desires

• Create a love language with our bodies—one that honors softness, fierceness, and everything in between

• Engage in writing + self-research practices that ground us in our truth

• Compose personal movement rooted in what our bodies are ready to say, show, or shed

No dance experience required. All bodies are sacred bodies. All movement is worthy. Come sweat, sway, sanctify, and come home to your own erotic rhythm.
